Before Booking, Please Read the Policy:
DEPOSITS
All appointments require a $25 non-refundable deposit.
Deposit will go towards the price of your service.

PAYMENT
Remaining payment is due the day of your appointment in CASH.
+ $2 inconvenience fee will be added to total balance.
LATE POLICY
I understand that life happens but please let me know ASAP if you will be running late.
A late fee of $10 will be charged after 10 minutes.
All appointments are cancelled after 15 minutes.
RESCHEDULING/ CANCELLATIONS
JBB has a strict 24-hour cancellation/rescheduling policy. This policy is strictly enforced out of respect for me and my clients. By giving short notice or no notice at all, you prevent someone else from being able to schedule.
If you must cancel or reschedule, you must do so through the confirmation email or by directly contacting our business number: (832)883-2334 to be accommodated.
Same day/Cancellation within 24hrs results in a forfeit of deposit If you are a NO SHOW you will be BANNED for future appointments.

Please arrive to your appointment with a Makeup-free face along with a mask on.
No Refills from Other Lash Artists
No additional guests are allowed.
If there is Makeup, there is a $15 fee
BUSINESS HOURS EXTENDED

Anything after 5:30pm -After Hour Fee $40 No Exception will apply.
Appointments after 5:00pm Please let me know when you arrive door downstairs is locked.

V-Steams can be Booked up to 4 participants.
Please use Chat or Text (832-)883-2334 if more than one participant needs to book the same day & time.
